Open Solicitations
The 2013 Instrument Incubator Program (IIP) solicitation, element A.40 of the 2013 NASA Research Announcement Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) omnibus announcement, is now open. A pre-proposal bidder’s conference will be held on May 15, 2013, at 1:00 PM eastern time. Access information for the bidder’s conference is available on the IIP 2013 solicitation page. Notices of Intent are requested by May 31, 2013, and proposals are due July 15, 2013.
